I have a Kindle Fire. It is neat.

For some reason, it doesn't like connecting to dropbox, so I have to upload PDFs through the Amazon page for doing so, but ehh....

Now, what it needs is a compatible external keyboard, because the on-screen one.... it is not intended for someone with fat-finger-itis. (Look, I'm good on normal keyboards, okay?)

The fuckwidgit in Florida did it. He burned copies of the Koran.

Yeah, it's the same fuckwidgit who threatened to do it over the mosque near the WTC site. This time, it's over a jailed Iranian clergyman who was arrested in 2009 for converting to Christianity (when he was 19, which was 15 years ago) and sentenced to death. Although the sentence was overturned and a retrial ordered, the new sentence was not made public.... but yeah, probably still death.

Anyway, I'm sure the Florida fuckwidgit's actions will have absolutely no consequences whatsoever, as burning another faith's holy books has always led to introspection and rational dialogue.
