I cannot get the song "Frosty the Snowman" out of my head.

1) We are nowhere near Christmas.
2) It's not like I've heard the song itself recently.
3) I don't even like most Christmas music.

Got no backup source for this, but it appears that South Carolina's Lt. Governor, Ken Ard... might be about to resign from office. (He's had this ongoing criminal probe into his campaign finances.)
