The EU has suspended ratification of ACTA, pending an inquiry to Europe's highest court as to whether it violates any fundamental EU rights.

The quick and dirty answer is yes it does, but hey, politicians are involved.

Johnny Depp is going to star as Carl Kolchak in a "Night Stalker" movie, directed by Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead).

The movie is going to be based off of the 70s TV show, not the 2005 remake.
