I have managed to fuck up my back something fierce. Luckily, between IcyHot and Execedrin Back & Body (which I didn't know was a specific sub-brand until yesterday), I am still functional.
Still, this shit can end any time now. (Actually, it's not as bad as it was late last week, as I can sit down and stand up without the need for the medication, but it would still be nice if this shit was okay, like now.)
