Iran says it wants to send it's uranium out to other countries to get it enriched, then goes ahead and starts enriching it themselves.
The article title is "Iran moves closer to nuke warhead capacity", when it really should be "Iran one step closer to losing some facilities to Israeli bombing".
The enriching process that Iran is moving to start would take some of their uranium to 20% enriched. (You need 85% enriched or better to make what we would consider nuclear weapons grade uranium, but you can use 20% for a nuclear weapon... it just takes a lot more.... on the order of 400 kg at 20% enriched vs. 55 at 85% enriched.)
Of course, who the hell knows, come February 11th (the anniversary of the Iranian Revolution), there could be another huge demonstration from the opposition in Iran.
