Oh goody, this makes me feel safer
Apr. 17th, 2008 11:49 amThe Feds are planning to collect DNA from everyone theiy arrest. You know, regardless of whether they're actually charged with a crime or not.
I feel safer already, knowing the standards of efficiency and privacy that the government has maintained on the information they already collect on us. And, of course, this will all be done under-budget and with efficient contractors.
