What's going on here? Was there some bet over who could make a 'least suck' cover of something sung by Phil Collins?

A federal judge has ruled that the NSA's electronic spying program is unconstitutional. The Bush administration immediately appealed.

A federal judge with a brain and a spine. Whodda thought it? Not surprising that the federal government appealed immediately. Because wiretapping anyone with no oversight at all is a priority... or the terrorists win.
