Disturbed covers "Land of Confusion"?
Nonpoint covers "In the Air Tonight"?

What the fuck? What the fucking fuck? Disturbed... who brought us "Down With the Sickness", covering Genesis. Nonpoint, whose "Bullet with a Name on it" is a pretty good song, covering Phil Collins. What's going on here? Was there some bet over who could make a 'least suck' cover of something sung by Phil Collins?

And I swear, I heard a cover of Pink Floyd's "Have a Cigar".....

A federal judge has ruled that the NSA's electronic spying program is unconstitutional. The Bush administration immediately appealed.

A federal judge with a brain and a spine. Whodda thought it? Not surprising that the federal government appealed immediately. Because wiretapping anyone with no oversight at all is a priority... or the terrorists win.

And in other news: Former contractor for CIA is found guilty of assault. Yeah, if by contractor, you mean torturer.
