Rehnquist has popped his clogs, thereby giving Bush the opportunity to nominate a second Supreme Court Justice. Fucking hoorah....
I mean, it was pretty obvious that Bush was going to get to put a second person on the highest court in the land. Rehnquist was 80 and had cancer. There wasn't much of a chance he was hanging around until the early part of 2009.
Have to wonder who will be nominated... just so long as it isn't Gonzalez.
