Yup. It's impossible to make a diet soda that doesn't take awful. Of course, I don't need to be drinking diet sodas anyway, but it was free and in the fridge at work, so beggars can't be choosers. Oh wait, this one can. I still have a buck for the soda machine. Dr Pepper... Mmmmmm.....

Hey, I like Dr Pepper. I realize people like different drinks. I even understand that there are some people who like Vanilla Coke. (Ewwww) But I started drinking Dr Pepper around the same time that I started drinking ginger ale. And it was for the same reason. Because no one else in my family drank it. If I bought some, it was mine, mine, all mine! (Yes, this is important when you have 4 boys - my brothers and I - as well as my mother and father, who are known to suck down a couple cans a day. My mother, inexplicably continues to drink Fresca.)
