HRTM?

Home Room Temporary Monitors?
High-Rent Transient Models?

What?

Hotel Restaurant and Tourism Management

You see, every summer, a large number of HRTM majors go into a summer internship (aka a summer job) at a restaurant, hotel, or tourist trap in the area. This is not the problem.

By the first day of classes (today), they have to submit a report on what they learned (or at least what they can bullshit that they learned). This is not the problem.

They all wait until the last two days before it is due to bring their ugly goddamned projects to Kinko's to get them printed/laminated/bound/whatever. This is the problem.

I had a steady stream of customers until around 2 a.m. Normally, shit like that only occurs during midterms and finals. The jobs themselves weren't too difficult. It was just that they were spaced so that I could get almost nothing done until after 2 a.m. (Okay, it was also that some of these students need to be severely beaten with a clue stick and a "make up your damn mind" stick.) Mind you, I got pretty much everything up to 11 a.m. done, and the one job for that time was printing when I left. The next job after that wasn't due until 7 p.m., and I don't think it is going to take that long to do.

It's still annoying, though.
