Only in that I forced it on myself. A couple months back I decided I needed some time off, so I put in for some vacation. I am now on it.
The best part? Even after using forty vacation hours this week, I will still have over 100 vacations hours left. I'm thinking of taking another week off in November.
FedExKinko's. I've worked there for four and a half years, and this is the longest vacation I've ever taken. Plus, since I work third shift, I tend to take less vacations then other people who work at the same store. So my vacation time builds up for months at a time, and I may spend it in dribs and drabs. I believe that with this expenditure, I'm actually at 108 hours left. I earn between 3 and 4 vacation hours per pay period (2 weeks), so by November 1st, I'll have a minimum of 18 more hours of vacation time. However, late October will also mark my five-year point there, so the amount of vacation time I earn per pay period will go up.
So yeah, there are some benefits. (Hell, at one point I joked about taking all of July off. I'd have had to use all my vacation time and sick time to do that, and it's not worth it...)

Oh, and to further add to your disgust, by the time November gets here, I'll probably be at 120 or 130 hours of vacation time.
