Well, it appears that France is going to reject the EU constitution, which means it gets sent back to the drafting board, and is sure to piss off all the EU countries that ratified it already. Thank you, France. You're always good for a chuckle.

Yeah, just saw that on the news... there are, no doubt, several EU pols who are red in the face, swearing up a storm at the French and the Dutch.
