experiments
I experimented with the S2 style for LJ. On the whole... blech. Part of that is based on the fact that I couldn't get it to do what I wanted, which I suspect is a deficiency on my part, rather then a limitation on the S2 styles, as they seemed very mutable. Still, I went back to the S1 style until I can get a chance to sit down and play with this thing.
And then, there was the soup experiment.
Soup #1: "All Natural" Miso Soup. Added the right amount of water, let it steep. The noodles looked really bad. I mean, cup of bait bad. As for what happened to the water once it mixed with the mix... Looked horrible, tasted worse. Threw most of the soup away.
Soup #2: Soup on the go. Microwave and drink. Did so. Much better. I have to say, I like the velvetty potato soup. Of course, now the microwave smells vaguely of potatos. I suspect that will change the next time I heat up some cider.
