I'm still trying to figure out why anyone would hold some sort of run/race at 8 p.m. on a Friday, but there you go.

No seriously, I went out to get dinner, and there were police cars blocking intersections and directing traffic so people could run down the street, apparently for some run/race/event, after dark.

And maybe 1 in 5 of the runners was wearing light-colored clothing or had reflective tape or blinking lights on.
