Work sucked. I've been convinced for some time that a number of our customers are complete incompetents, and I'm not just counting the people who simply can't grasp that "face down" means "face down" when trying to fax something. We had, last night, the customer who is bright enough to use Adobe Illustrator to create their document, but not bright enough to embed the graphics into it. (Linking works only if you include the linked graphics with the job, which they didn't.)
However, I am now also convinced that a few of my co-workers are complete incompetents as well. Things like "Well, we don't have the paper for this job." should not be said three times in one night. It's not that goddamn difficult to check to see if we have the supplies needed to run the job before we, I don't know, try to run the job? And three in the morning is a really shitty time to learn that we don't have the stuff needed for a job due at eight in the morning.
I really need to find a better job. Surely there's something that pays similar or better wages that is less stressful.
