Can Guinness go bad?

I'd make a comment about forgetting one has booze, but one of my last flatmates forgot about a full bottle of Stolichnaya when they moved out, so I guess it happens.

bottled/sealed like that, I would say not likely. As long as you've kept it chilled it should keep.
