Are you surprised?

The U.S. House of Representatives voted down an amendment that would have prohibited the NSA from it's widespread spying on Americans' phone calls.

It really didn't set a high bar for the NSA to hurdle to keep spying on specific Americans, but it would have stopped the widespread shit.

Okay, okay, it only would have officially stopped it.
