So, these guys break into a house to steal stuff, the homeowner interrupts them, the homeowner gets shot and killed, and one of intruders is trying to claim a "Stand Your Ground" defense. And it's in front of the SC Supreme Court.

Apparently, they're hearing this argument on procedural grounds, not the actual merits of the defense claim, but still...
