Not necessarily. So far he's only carried what he was expected to carry. The vast majority of his base is in the Bible Belt, they're all done. Of the remaining 232 electoral votes, 164 are projected (tentatively) to go to Kerry. That plus his current 112 would give him 276 - six more than he needs to win.
There's still a long way to go. It's gonna be close, but don't give up hope yet.
