Oops?

So, you know that Fox News reporter who was investigated by the Justice Department? Well, it turns out, that the Justice Department sent a notice to News Corp (Fox News' parent company) that it was subpoenaing the information back in 2010.

News Corp never got around to telling Fox News about the subpeona.
