Is this a bad year for cruise ships, or is this normal?

Either way, even if I could afford it, I don't see myself going on one of these cruise ships.

All it takes is one asshole saying, "No, I'm totally fine!" in the pre-boarding questions because they put their vacation as a higher priority than the health of a ship full of people.
