He's got a point
So, the roomie and I are watching TV, and an advertisement for jewelry comes on, quite obviously a tie-in with Valentine's Day.
The roomie remarks "You know, it's always guys buying stuff for their girlfriends or wives in these commercials. Why do you never see one saying 'Get him what he really wants for Valentine's Day. A Playstation 4.'?"
He's right. Let's face it. Guys get kinda hosed on this holiday. Much like how Mother's Day is things like "Take mom out to dinner." and Father's Day is "Get dad a tie he'll never wear."
