So, apparently, where my room-mate's mother lives (same state, just upstate), they're breaking out the snow plows because of the possibility of snow.

*checks the weather*

64 degrees here, 52 degrees there.

I think someone there is over-reacting just a bit.

63 here. Fucking fuck.

Well, at least a couple weeks ago it was cold enough (40s) to merit fire. I"m still going to have fucking firewood leftover sitting in the living room all summer, though. Christ.

It's cooled down again, but it's nowhere near as cold as I remember January being when I was a kid, much less a couple years ago.

Hell, today, I was able to walk around without a coat on, it was warm enough. I would not have been doing that last year.
