See, my initial reaction was wondering what the problem is-both the US and UK have legal and constitutional systems descended from the Anglo Saxon system, so that's frequently referred to as anglo-saxon heritage in the literature.
But the idea that Obama, as a noted jurist with massive amounts of experience in constitutional law, wouldn't understand it because he doesn't share that heritage, is just stupid racism using the phrase differently as a cover. FFS.
