Anonymous claims to have hacked NATO, getting about a gigabyte of data. This comes two days after the FBI arrested 16 people alleged to be part of Anonymous.

So...... alrighty then.

That's the trouble with trying to stop Anonymous. They weren't exaggerating when they said they were legion.

It's anybody and everybody. Arrests can serve only to try and frighten them, and thirty years of hackers has shown that's not much of a deterrent.

Furthermore, it's shown that if the hackers are any good at what they do, they stand a damn good chance of a well-paying IT security job when they get out of the pokey.
