A continuation of "Shit's going down in Syria"
200 quit Syria's ruling party as a protest against the recent crackdowns.
The recent crackdowns, by the way, have included armed forces going door to door in some cities, shooting protesters, shooting people who try to retrieve the bodies of protesters, and cutting off supplies to certain parts of Syria.
Oh yes, in at least one case, they arrested doctors who dared to treat wounded protesters.
The protests started over asking for modest reforms in the Syrian government. That was obviously the signal to send in the armed thugs. It's gotten much worse since then.
