Oh really?
Gadhafi (now on umpteenth different spelling of his name) says that if outside countries try to impose a 'no-fly' zone on Libya, it proves "We're after their oil."

And here I though it meant we didn't want that part of his air force that stayed loyal (and in-country) to bomb civilians.
