Yes, you too can have a horrible driving record, ignore traffic laws even after multiple warnings, tickets and accidents, concoct stories during your trial, kill a man, and only get 100 days in jail.

No minimum sentence

Now, don't get me wrong. I think he should have done at least a year, if not more. I am both for and against sentence minimums. I think they should be in the area of guidelines with some specifics on what would get you a lesser sentence.

But 100 days for killing someone? That's just wrong.
