Much better
Did another batch of crock-pot beef stew. Turned out much better this time.
Left out the mushrooms, coated the beef in flour before cooking it, and added enough cumin, salt and pepper this time. And a dash of garlic powder.
The only thing it lacks is fresh biscuits, which I forgot to buy at the store.
