I almost wish I weren't teaching tomorrow. I know it sounds absurd, but I have this sort of numb feeling that we're standing right at the precipice of the sanity tipping point, and it's a long, long, and ugly way down from here. Given what tomorrow is, I would really rather be at home - or better yet, around other people, doing something completely unrelated to all this. With not a television or a radio in sight or earshot anywhere.

I hope I'm wrong.
