Anyone else getting this?

I'm regularly getting an "Interactive services dialog detection" pop-up where, if I go to it, it seems to try and want to open Internet Explorer (which I don't use for browsing at all) to connect to a website that luckily, isn't loading.

I strongly suspect malicious software, but what the hell do I do about it?

Edit: Running Spybot Search & Destroy and rebooting seems to have solved the problem.

Yeah, the thing is, I normally browse with Firefox, and this was an actual dialog box telling me that something was using IE to try and get to a webpage that either didn't exist or wouldn't load.
