Here's the thing. I get headaches, but usually only on my days off. I could have an incredibly stressful night at work, but I won't have a headache. Yet the days I stay home, wham, headache city.
So, naturally, I have several bottles of various over-the-counter pain meds. Most of the time, taking one dose of 'whatever' works, but sometimes, it's headache that is playing "I want a specific pain med, guess which one", and I have to take aspirin, and then four hours later I have to take two Tylenol, and then four to six hours later I have to take....
You get the idea.
It's completely random what will work on one of these headaches, and this most recent was the "Oh, you seem to be out of Aleve, let's go with that one" headache.

That's what I do for a really bad headache. Ok, without the aspirin... but you get the idea.
