thank you for finally filling in that missing puzzle piece.

for the life of me i couldn't remember who'd said it, but i knew that it [the quote] was a staple in some comic's routine. i had a hell of a time finding accurate references for it, and finally gave up.

now to see what other gems of his that google can unearth for me....
