[WoW] And now to work towards a chopper

Finally got Engineering 450, and acquired the whopping three schematics that are available at that skill. (Two guns and the the Mekgineer's Chopper....) I'm debating how much of the non-vendor stuff I want to try and farm... I mean, I'm going to have to buy the Arctic Furs off of the AH, and there are the vendor parts at K3 which are unfortunately unavailable anywhere else....

But I think I can make all 12 Titansteel bars. I have almost all the Titanium Ore I need... the 12 Elemental Fire is going to be a bitch though.

There's an area in northern Borean Tundra where there's a bunch of fire elementals warring with water elementals. I can't imagine they'd pose any problem for an 80 rogue.

The place up near the Sons of Hodir where you do the second half of the Hot and Cold daily also tends to have a lot of fire elementals, no idea how heavily farmed they are on your server though.

Pretty heavily. I did manage to get enough Crystallized Fire for two Eternal Fires today though.

*nod* I'll have to look into that and see what the drop rate is.

*nod* Aren't there fire elementals in WG?

If you've still got your mote extractor, there are two cinder clouds just outside the black dragonshrine in Dragonblight and two more in the section of Wintergrasp right next to it. If there aren't other people going for them you can just grab the Dragonblight ones, fly up for the Wintergrasp ones, and parachute back down to safety if you don't want to deal with PvP. If your side is in control of Wintergrasp, the Flame Revenants that show up in that area also have 100% drop rate of 1-4 crystallized fire. However, they tend to be farmed.
