That sounds like a good thing, right? Or do you prefer working those nights?

Right now, it's pretty good. But we're eventually going to be hiring another third shifter, and there's a couple scheduling options once that happens. As the senior third shifter (been working that shift for most of the last eight years), I would have first choice of what schedule to work, but I hold no illusions that it would come down to what that harsh bitch reality has to say.
