ow

As long as I don't move my head, it doesn't hurt. Here's hoping the aspirin kicks in soon.

well, this headache is more from a "your sleep schedule is messed up" then anything else. I work nights, so normally I go to bed around 2 pm and get up around 10 pm. Sunday, I stayed up until 10 pm (an extra 8 hours) because of going to visit family. Then when I did get some sleep, I didn't rest well.

And I'm actually using Tylenol, not aspirin. Not sure why I said aspirin. But if I had any Advil, oh yes, I would be using that.

all the more reason to take my advise about the bath.

when i take a SUPER HOT bath...i have NO CHOICE about falling asleep. the body does it for u. the more sleep deprived, the harder you will sleep.

try it...it can't hurt to TRYYYYYYYYYYY it *grin*
