So.....
I am clearly enjoying the announcement of Alberto Gonzales' resignation as the Attorney General, far far too much.
I am actually having to restrain myself somewhat from running out and accosting people and saying "Did you hear? Were you there?"
Frankly, I won't miss Betito as AG, a man who had Justice as not only blind, but suffering from Battered Woman's Syndrome. (What, too much?) I mean, she'd be standing there, blindfold on, the scales held close by her side, murmuring "It's my fault. I need to learn how to make a Constitution without mayonaise on it." or "He's been under a lot of stress lately."
What scares me? Chertoff is one of the possibles to take over as AG. The man looks creepy as fuck, and it's not like he's a great improvement in the competency field.
