Yeah... I mean, hell, what do I know. I mean, if I was scheduled to testify before Congress on potential abuses of a program that I supposedly had oversight of, I'd make sure I had up-to-date information on that programs and any potential abuses.
But hey, I have common sense. Clearly, I have no place in the Bush (or any other) administration.
