I think my DVD player is hosed. Which means I can't watch Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest.

At least, not here. There is a computer at work that can play DVDs... if tonight is as dead as last night was, it might be an option.

But yeah, probably going to have to buy a new DVD player.

Don't watch it at work. You know your customers will call up corporate and complain if you are doing that.

Last night, I had all of three customers. And I just swung by the store and checked, and it looks like right now, tonight is going to be even more dead then last night, in the jobs I'll have to do. When I left the store this morning, there were two jobs left, and they were both jobs that we are waiting to be printed elsewhere and arrive back at the store. There has been, in the last four hours, two jobs to come in, and one of those is already done. The other is due at 5 p.m. today.

It is extremely likely that I will nothing to do tonight other then make sure the copiers do not walk out the door.

Plus, there is a pause button and a volume control.

Now, of course, if you were up to taking me out to Best Buy or Wal-Mart this weekend, maybe I could control my wild desire to watch movies at work...

Something like that could probably be arranged. Best Buy is more likely than Wal-Mart.
