I use news in the loosest reference possible. In fact, I'd have to say that it's far more accurate to call it 'ramblings of a bunch of neo-conservative feckless idiots (but perhaps I repeat myself) on the cultural verge of extinction'.
(Point of fact: 'Under God' wasn't officially added to the Pledge of Allegiance until 1954.)
