I'm back on another anti-biotic, because the cough wouldn't go aware, and was starting to get a little phlegmy, AND I've had a headache for the last 24 hours, AND my sciatica is playing hell with my lower back and right leg.

Oh yes, hitting 40 in several months is just looking fucking stellar. Yes it is.

So...

the headache is nearly gone. Either the Sudafed knockoff was the clincher, or the first can of Dr Pepper in two days did it.
