Casey Anthony's defense team's grand strategy is... "Caylee Anthony drowned in a pool, and Casey was so distraught by this that she went insane, thinking her daughter was still alive. And that, dear jury, is why she shouldn't be charged with murder or manslaughter."
Which, of course, completely explains the multiple sets of lies she told the police, including the nanny who never existed who was watching the little girl, and the friends who didn't exist who knew the nanny, and apparently, Casey's father being present when Caylee drowned.
Of course, the first witness to the stand, Casey's father said "Uh, what? No, I wasn't there."
Now, I know it's the defense's job to zealously defend their client, but damn, you'd think they'd at least try for a defense that a six year-old with ADHD couldn't poke holes in.

Oh, Sony... when will you learn?

Man, this is getting to be 'kicking a semi-conscious older brother' pathetic.
