This feels a little weird
Aug. 13th, 2010 11:45 amFor the first time in something like a decade and a half, I'm not wearing work boots for shoes.
I needed a new pair, as after two+ years of use, I have worn through the soles in places, meaning that if I step in a puddle, the water gets wicked up into my socks.
But it takes so long to break in new work boots (especially steel-toe boots), and it hurts until they are broken in, so I went with some sneakers this time. Who knew that Dr. Scholl's had sneakers branded after them? Goddamn these things are comfortable.
