The University of South Carolina fucks away another $890,000.

Innovista is a colossal failure, and the sooner they either stop pumping money into the failure, or come up with something that fucking works, the better. (Innovista, by the way, is USC's attempt to recreate North Carolina's Research Triangle, with predictable levels of failure, stupidity, and waste.)
