Georgia Attorney General refuses to join 14 other states in lawsuit against Health Care Reform, threatened with impeachment

Also, two bills that would have 'forced' him to start a lawsuit both failed, and the attempt by the Georgia Governor to install a "special Attorney General" will probably also go down in flames, as the AG (not the governor or his potential special AG) has the sole discretion on the state's legal strategies.

The reason that the Georgia AG, Thurbert Baker, has refused to join in these lawsuits? Because he said "it would be a waste of time and money because it would not succeed."

He's right about the waste of time and money, and almost certainly right about it not succeeding.
