I killed again
Jul. 25th, 2009 10:00 amSo, at the most recent D&D game, I told another joke that got a big reaction. Actually, this one was bigger then the previous joke that caused the DM to beat his head against a wall.
We're discussing with an NPC (a Shifter chieftain) how he, his tribe, and a couple other groups have been set up to attack each other, when one of the players asks about what happened to the heads of some other NPCs that the shifters took. He said that after it was revealed that they (the shifters) had been duped, the heads were put in a "place of honor".
One of the other players, said "what? a place of horror?"
I said, "Yeah, you know, like the vegetable crisper in the fridge. You go in the kitchen for a late night snack, look in the fridge and AAAAAAAH!" I dramatically clutched my chest and made like I was startled.
I didn't think it was a very good joke, just well timed.
Nonetheless, one of the other players actually fell off his chair laughing, and damn near stunned himself with knocked over furniture.
