Considering that the guy is 70 years old, really, anything over 30 years is a bit pointless. Personally, fuck sending him to prison. Take him out back and shoot him. It's a bit cheaper then feeding and housing his ass for however long he has left.
I mean, the fucker is wearing a bullet-proof vest in court, and he had to wait in a separate room for three hours to avoid a clash with angry investors. And I'll bet he goes to some club Fed to serve his time.
In other news, to borrow a line from Don Rickles, Our governor is dumb! (He was saying it about at-the-time Governor Reagan, at a Dean Martin roast). Well, smart and dumb. Sanford is trying to get more publicly known amongst the Republicans, but he's doing it at the expense of the state he's governor of. I mean, unemployment in the state is above 10%, but go ahead, turn away stimulus money. Asshole.
