Okay, checking the news, and it seems that a hacker group has been sending fake subpeonas to various company executives in order to trick them into installing malicious software on the exec's computers. Nothing really truly new under the sun here...

But then I came across this bit of stupidity in the article.
US investigators believe the hackers are not familiar with the court system because the website executives are directed to uses a "uscourts.com" domain name while actual court online addresses typically end in ".gov."
No, no, silly article writer. It's not unfamiliarity. It's the fact that the .gov TLD is run by the federal fucking government, and appearances to the contrary, they are not all as fucking stupid as Chimpy McFlightsuit, and therefore unlikely to let hackers register a domain there.

What the fuck ever happened to a marginal level of competence in journalism?
