Senate Judiciary Committee drops a key provision from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act that would have granted immunity to telecommunications companies.

We now go live to President Bush, who is frothing at the mouth. But that's not new.

And you know if the immunity to telecoms doesn't make it into the final version, that retard masquerading as a Commander in Chief will veto it.
