I feel like crap. Well, not crap, but I don't feel normal. I felt okay this morning... not very hungry (but I'm trying to eat something so I don't pass out from low blood sugar), and I got plenty of sleep, so I have no idea why I feel exhausted.

I really hope it's not the flu. I don't think it is, because I usually don't associate back pain with the flu. No, that's poor posture on my part. The exhaustion part could be a flu-like symptom, or it could be that I didn't sleep as well as I thought I did. I almost feel like I have a return of the vertigo that afflicted me after coming back from two weeks off, but that could be anything. The previous case of vertigo was really bad though. If I sat up too fast, or moved my head too fast, I got so dizzy I would almost fall down. This is nothing near that bad. Just a touch of it.

Unfortunately, the only pain medicine I have here at work is Tylenol PM and the last thing I need right now is to be more drowsy....

Like I said, I really hope it's not the flu.

Yesterday at work, I felt like crap for most of the shift. Once I got home and was able to take some Tylenol and drink some orange juice, I felt better. I am taking the Tylenol to work so I don't have a repeat of last night (when you feel exhausted, Tylenol PM, which is all I had last night, is not a good idea).

I don't think it's the flu. Flu, to my knowledge, is not counteracted by a couple Tylenol and some oj. But then, what was/is it? At the end of the shift, before I went home, my joints hurt so much that sitting down in a rolly-chair and using my legs to propel myself along hurt. Badly. Now? Hardly any joint pain. (But then, I did take some Tylenol when I got up.)

Anyway... about time for work.
